| Brent Hironaka, B. Comm., CA |
Mr. Hironaka is responsible for all financial and administrative functions for the Airborne group of companies. Mr. Hironaka has more than 20 years experience in senior financial positions in both public and privately held companies. Prior to joining The Airborne Group, Mr. Hironaka was the Vice President, Controller for Lafarge Corporation - Construction Materials Division - Western Region. His experience includes assignments in Washington D.C, and the Greater Toronto Area, prior to returning to Calgary. Mr. Hironaka has been involved in the financial due diligence and closings of several acquisitions, and the project management and financial oversight for multi-million dollar system installations. Mr. Hironaka is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta, receiving the Chartered Accountant designation in 1985.

Murray Mortson
P.Eng.
|
Mr. Mortson
graduated from the University
of British Columbia in 1980 with
a degree in Engineering. Mr. Mortsons
entire career has involved engineering
and construction activities related
to heavy industrial projects including:
sweet and sour gas processing
facilities, flue gas desulphurization
facilities, heavy oil plants,
water injection facilities, compression
facilities, steam injection facilities,
pipelines, mining projects, industrial
projects, pulp and paper facilities,
petrochemical projects, chemical
regeneration facilities and industrial
abrasive facilities.
Associated with the University
of Calgary, Mr. Mortson is a
lead lecturer in the Construction
Management program; an eligible
course within the faculty of
graduate studies.
After leaving Colt Engineering
where Mr. Mortson was twice
honored with Colts annual
Most Valuable Player award,
Mr. Mortson assumed the position
of Chief Operating Officer at
Airborne for a period of 6 years.
Mr. Mortson relinquished this
post in 2003 when he was recruited
for the Vice Presidents position
at Optima Hatch, a subsidiary
of Canadas largest engineering
corporation. Recently, Mr. Mortson
returned to Airborne where he
resumed his responsibilities
as the Chief Operating Officer
and as an invaluable member
of the senior management team.

| Leonard Seidman,
B.A. |
The Vice President
of Corporate Communications, Mr.
Seidman is involved in all aspects
of the corporations business with
a focus on; business development,
investor and public relations,
resource management and information
technology. Prior to joining Airborne,
Mr. Seidman co-founded & ultimately
sold ShopWireless.com; Canada's
largest and most successful independent
e.tailer of consumer and mobile
electronics in North America.
During this time, Mr. Seidman
was involved in all aspects of
the business including; marketing,
product management, fulfillment,
accounting, human resources, customer
service and the management of
strategic corporate alliances.
Earlier, Mr. Seidman was the youngest
member of the management team
at Future Electronics; an industry-leading
global distributor of sophisticated
electronics and services. In the
capacity of General Manager, Mr.
Seidman managed a team of 65 and
was responsible for North American
sales. As a Corporate Product
Manager, Mr. Seidman led a team
of product specialists and was
responsible for a $20 million
product portfolio that served
Future's retail, direct mail and
distribution sales channels. |
